Return & Refund Policy

  • We offer returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or original payment method (if applicable).

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale/discounted items (if mentioned non-refundable)

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is faulty or wrong.
