Return & Refund Policy
- We offer returns within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
- Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or original payment method (if applicable).
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Used products
- Items without original packaging
- Sale/discounted items (if mentioned non-refundable)
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is faulty or wrong.
